  摘要:   The pavement classification number (PCN) is an International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standard used in combination with the aircraft classification number (ACN) to indicate the strength of a runway, taxiway or airport ramp. This paper introduces a method to obtain the PCN of airport pavement. Firstly, based on the ‘inertial point’ theory the response modulus of the subgrade and the elastic modulus of concrete slab are calculated by using data from the field testing on the airport pavement. Then, stress and deflection of the pavement slab are analyzed using Winkler foundation model and finite element method. Finally, the PCN and the strength grade of airport pavement are determined. Results show that through this procedure PCN can be obtained efficiently. This study is helpful for the health and safe operation of airport pavement.

Current quality of positioning is defined through the GPS/WAAS user’s required navigation parameters (RNP) such as positioning accuracy and positioning availability taking in account the current Positioning Delusion of Precision (PDOP). The method is based on real-time assessment of the RNP achievement total probability for the concrete GPS/WAAS user within WAAS coverage zone. The method was examined under strong ionospheric storm conditions as well under undisturbed conditions for comparison. It was proved that the method allows detecting sudden positioning quality deterioration for the concrete RNP of aviation users. Thus the considered method can be effectively used for some transportation applications which have strong RNP. Especially, the method can be recommended for transportation applications such as aviation landing systems and automatic railroad traffic control.

  摘要:   The aim of this paper is to present the design process for air traffic Collaborative Decision-Making (CDM) based on multi-agent system. Nowadays, air traffic congestions and delays are the most severe problems facing the aviation industry, which causes great users’ disappointment and inefficiency. To cope with the situation, CDM can be implemented to improve planning, on-time performance and operations in adverse conditions. During CDM implementation process, airport, ATC and airline can discuss to solve problems in common interest; while in dynamic operation environment, all the actors of the air transport, which can be viewed as an agent individually, will need to negotiate to reach an optimal goal. The paper firstly introduces the roles and activities of airport, ATC (mainly terminal control, which deals with traffic inbound or outbound from a major or several major airports) and airline. Then, the article presents the negotiation process using Monotonic Concession Protocol among some actors. In the last part, the paper provides a case to show the effectiveness of the CDM process using multi-agent system.

In additional, the system construction status is introduced, which is under the guidance of ITIL concepts. The future direction of the IT service management system construction is analyzed.

   25. Analysis of Human Errors Affect Factors Based on Job Stress for Air Traffic Controllers

  摘要:   The Air Traffic Control’s safety is an important part of the air transportation’s safety. The job stress of the air traffic controllers is one of the factors that affect aviation safety. The paper uses the SPSS11.5 and Amos17.0 software to analysis relationship between job stress and human errors through the questionnaires’ data. The study shows that there has a significant positive correlation between them. And the sources of air traffic controllers’ job stress include the characteristics stress of the job itself, role stress, interpersonal relation stress, organization structure and atmosphere stress, home/work conflict stress and career development stress. The demographic variables have an influence on the human errors for the air traffic controllers have been confirmed, such as age, work experience and the level of education.

The demographic variables have an influence on the human errors for the air traffic controllers have been confirmed, such as age, work experience and the level of education.

  摘要:   The Air Traffic Control’s safety is an important part of the air transportation’s safety. The job stress of the air traffic controllers is one of the factors that affect aviation safety. The paper uses the SPSS11.5 and Amos17.0 software to analysis relationship between job stress and human errors through the questionnaires’ data. The study shows that there has a significant positive correlation between them.
